What kind of fit are your shirts?
Our tees are unisex with a relaxed, cropped, boxy drop-shoulder fit. They’re designed for comfort and everyday style. Check our Size Chart for detailed measurements in cm.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Chart and product descriptions, as well as product and model images. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to message us on Instagram or email us at info@kaizencollectiveapparel.com we’re happy to help!

Will you restock sold out items?
Since we produce in small batches and limited drops, restocks of the same product are not guaranteed. Follow us on Instagram and join our email list to stay updated on future drops and potential restocks.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only, but international shipping may be available in the future.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $40!

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! We offer one free size exchange per order (please contact us within 3 days of delivery), as long as the item is unworn and in original condition with packaging still attached. Just email us at info@kaizencollectiveapparel.com with your order number and new size request.

Note:
Because of limited stock and small batch production, we cannot guarantee all sizes will be available for exchange.
