Shipping Information
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Issues:
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kaizencollectiveapparel.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
Size Exchanges:
We want you to love the fit of your clothing. If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we offer one free size exchange per order (please contact us within 3 days of delivery). Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with packaging
To start an exchange, email us at info@kaizencollectiveapparel.com with your order number, item, and preferred new size. We’ll send instructions on how to return your item and ship the new size to you (if available).
Note:
Because of limited stock and small batch production, we cannot guarantee all sizes will be available for exchange.
No Returns
As a small independent brand, we currently do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. Please double-check your sizing and reach out if you have questions before purchasing, we’re happy to help!
