Responsibility
Sustainability is another expression of the Kaizen philosophy: making better choices, one step at a time. We’re not perfect; we’re still learning, but we’re committed to improving wherever we can.
Thoughtful Packaging
Sustainable Packaging That Doesn't Cut Corners
We’re committed to reducing waste and doing things the right way, even when it takes more effort.
Our packaging includes:
🌱 Compostable garment bags made from PLA, a plant-based material derived from renewable resources like corn starch. These bags are 100% compostable in industrial composting facilities, where they break down into natural elements. (Note: not suitable for home composting or landfill.)
♻️ Recycled cardboard mailer boxes instead of plastic polymailers
🌎 Minimal ink and recyclable tissue paper to keep things clean and low-impact
Every detail is designed to leave less behind.

Small Batch Production
We intentionally produce limited quantities. Rather than overproducing inventory that may go unused, we focus on smaller runs that prioritize quality and reduce unnecessary waste.
We acknowledge that sustainability has no finish line. As our brand grows, we will continue looking for better materials, better processes, and better ways to reduce our impact.

Every shirt is built from a custom pattern and size chart, developed through countless rounds of iteration. We test and refine each cut to ensure it feels right, fits right, and moves with your body in and out of the dojo.
Even the small things, like shoulder width, sleeve length, and material, are intentionally designed for balance, comfort, and structure.
Material Information
For our current collection, we use 100% cotton, no blends, no fillers.
Cotton is:
☁️Breathable and soft — designed for everyday wear and movement
☁️Biodegradable — breaks down naturally over time
☁️Timeless — no synthetic blends, just clean, quality fabric
We chose cotton because it reflects our values: simplicity, sustainability, and authenticity.
Please Note: Because we use 100% cotton, some shrinkage (about 1–2 cm) may occur after washing. For best results and to maintain sizing, we recommend hang drying your garments instead of machine drying.
Future collections may explore other premium materials, but we will always prioritize quality, transparency, and The Art of Improvement.
